Please note that for security purposes phone calls to Neptune may be recorded and monitored. Neptune will never contact investors by phone or email requesting personal details or account information. If you or your clients receive such a request, please notify us and do not respond to it.
How to invest
Neptune funds can be invested in directly by filling out an application form, which can be downloaded on our Literature page.
Our funds are also available across a number of fund supermarkets and life company platforms.
If you need to make a complaint about any element of the product or service you have received from Neptune, please write to the Complaints Department, Neptune Investment Management Limited, PO Box 9004, Chelmsford CM99 2WR. A copy of our complaints procedure is available from us on request. If you are still unsatisfied following our review of the complaint, you also have the right to refer your complaint directly to the Financial Ombudsman Service at Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR. If we are unable to meet any of our obligations to you, you may be entitled to compensation under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. A statement detailing your rights to compensation is available on request.
