Recently there has been an increase across the industry of fraudsters using the names of legitimate investment management companies and fund managers, including claiming to represent, and imitating literature and branding. In particular, fraudulent groups have been setting up illegitimate accounts on professional online networks such as LinkedIn and using these accounts to contact individuals.
You need to be aware that if you invest with a fake company, or rely on fake representation, you lose the protection of the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
If you have received anything that appears to be from Neptune which you believe may be fraudulent, or you become aware of a purported Neptune fund that is not listed on the prices page of this site, we would very much like to hear from you. Please contact Karen Barker, Chief Compliance Officer at email@example.com
Please note that Neptune will never contact investors by phone or email requesting personal details, account information or to make an introduction. If you receive such a request, please notify us and do not respond to it.

Please remember that past performance should not be seen as a guide to future performance. The value of an investment and the income from it can fall as well as rise as a result of market and currency movement and you may not get back the amount originally invested. Private investors should, if necessary, consult their independent investment adviser before investing.
